Albertine Zullo, or just Albertine, is the pseudonym of the Swiss illustrator Albertine Gros. He studied Decorative Arts at the Higher School of Visual Arts in Geneva and has participated in numerous exhibitions both in Switzerland and abroad. She was the first Swiss artist to win the prestigious Bratislava Pomme d'Or award, in addition to the Prix Jeunesse et Médias in 2009. In 2012, her book The birds it was selected within the 10 best books of the year by the New York Times Book Review.
