Constance von Kitzing is a German illustrator and author, winner of several awards. He has a wide variety of clients in the illustration industry, including publishers, magazines, newspapers, and design agencies. His work has been published and exhibited in Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, Korea, France, Italy, Japan, Canada, Denmark, Switzerland, Ireland, China, the Netherlands, and Spain. In 2010, his illustrations were selected for the Illustrators Catalog at the Bologna International Children's Book Fair and at the CJ award exhibition in South Korea. In 2011, one of his books won a bronze medal, and another of his illustrations won a gold medal in the 3 × 3 children's competition. In 2012, his book Semeli's Smile ("Semeli's Smile") won the National Cyprus Book Award. In 2016, Amanuta published his book in Spanish Melimelanimous (La Joie de lire) under the title Anime mixed.
