El libro de las comparaciones

De Clive gifford
Illustrated by paul boston

This book measures and compares the strongest, the largest, the fastest, those who eat the most, among other things. There are things that are so big or so small that it is difficult to imagine them, but comparing them is one way to see what they are like. For example, the seahorse takes two hours to swim three meters; or the heart of a blue whale is the size of a small car; or the salivary glands produce six cups of saliva a day.
