Mary Poppins was written by Helen Lyndon under the pen name Pamela Lyndon Travers. The first version was published in London in 1934 and was so successful that the author successively wrote seven more sequels.

This adaptation by Paulina Jara for the little ones tells the story of the Banks family who are looking for a nanny to take care of their four children: Jane, Michael and the twins Barbara and John. Magically Mary Poppins appears with her flying umbrella and her wonderful bag. Together with her, the children will live unforgettable adventures that will make them love her as a dear friend.

Jessica Bocca's illustrations give it a warm and friendly setting.

AUTHORS

Paulina Jara, Chilean, after her training in theater and differential education, she has developed a career focused on reading animation and oral narration; which has led her to work as an expert in advising for school libraries. He has published more than 15 titles with various publishers, such as Editorial Amanuta and Zig-Zag.

jessica mouth was born in Italy in 1991. He studied at the "Fine Arts" academy of Ravenna with a specialization in visual arts and mosaics. At the same time, she attended illustration courses and she, passionate about this world, more and more each day, decided to carry out her artistic and personal search independently.  He won second place in the Illustra Amanuta 2020 Contest.
