All orders are processed within 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. After they are processed in our warehouse they are shipped and the normal transit times are 6-10 days. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

We serve mainly schools and school districts. March to June are our busiest months of the year so some delays may occur during these months due to high volume of orders. We close our warehouse for Christmas holidays between Dec. 16th and Jan. 3rd. If you want to send our books as gifts please keep this in mind and plan your orders ahead of time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to PO boxes

We cannot ship to PO boxes. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, only if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
