Shipping varies according to commune, region and weight of the order. To know the value that will be charged, the books you want to buy must be added to the cart, enter the shipping address and the shipping cost will automatically be displayed.

For purchases over $ 30.000, the dispatch is free to the Metropolitan Region and central regions (Atacama, Coquimbo, Valparaíso, Bernando O'Higgins, Maule, Ñuble, Biobío, Araucanía, Los Ríos and Los Lagos regions).

The dispatch time of the shipment varies according to commune and region. In general, within the Metropolitan Region, the estimated time for dispatch is 5 business days. For regions, the estimated time is approximately 7-10 business days. For communes and remote areas, the shipping time may increase depending on the destination.

Normal dispatches are made through Shipit, who will assign a courier for each order.

We have an express delivery service in less than 24 hours (business days) for the communes of Conchalí, Independencia, La Granja, Macul, Ñuñoa, Providencia, Recoleta, San Joaquín, San Miguel, San Ramón, Santiago centro, Las Condes, Vitacura , Lo Barnechea, La Reina, Peñalolén, Cerrillos, Cerro Navia, Central Station, La Cisterna, Lo Espejo, Lo Prado, Pedro Aguirre Cerca, Quinta Normal and Renca, from the Metropolitan Region, through Moova. Orders with express dispatches made after 12:00 hrs will arrive the business day after purchase.

It is important that there is always someone who can receive the order at the stipulated address. Each shipment has two delivery attempts. In case of not having achieved delivery on the second attempt, the customer must pick up his order at our branch of Francisco Bilbao 2992, Providencia between 10:00 a.m. and 17:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

Yes, we have a retreat at our branch at Av. Francisco Bilbao 2992, Providencia, Santiago. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 09:30 to 17:00. This option is free. In general, it can be withdrawn the day after your purchase. You will receive an email confirming when your order is ready to be withdrawn. Attention XNUMX-hour: withdrawals only work in phase 2 or higher. In phase 1, this option is suspended.

A book can be returned only if it was purchased through the website and if it has arrived in defective condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot ensure responses to all shipments, so if we have not responded to your request within 3 months, you must consider that it was not selected.

Due to the contingency, we are not serving the public in our store. But we ship to all of Chile! Once we can safely receive you, we will reactivate our showroom.
